Bloom is my third album. These songs have all been written across Scotland, some inspired by my time living on the Isle of Lewis & Harris and others in and around Edinburgh. Recorded up here in my studio, Bloom draws on the chilled ambient vibes brought by Zero 7 (early 2000’s) and Morcheeba’s Big Calm (late 90’s) alongside my enjoyment of electronic music and exploring synthesis, all drawn together with orchestral elements and downtempo beats that bring that trip hop sound together beautifully.
